A 50-megapixel camera captures about 50 million.
That sounds impressive.
But it doesn't automatically mean the image looks better.

Imagine creating a giant picture using colored tiles.
You could use:

- 10,000 tiny tiles
The second version has more detail.
But only if each tile is the right color.
